1．手绘功底优秀，能快速完整的表达平立面，能很好的理解主创意图，要求眼界开阔，思想灵活，有创新能力；
2．熟悉SU软件，能在模型中推敲方案合理性，Lumion软件熟悉者优先。
2．为人诚实守信，无不良嗜好。具备一定英文能力者优先。
备注：手绘与SU软件属于必备条件 不具备者勿扰。
