Position Summary:
This position (interactive designer) is based in Beijing. You are an independent design practitioner, able to initiate and execute from A to Z on a range of interactive (Web/ APP) projects.

职位描述：
工作地点在北京，具有独立设计能力，能从策划到执行，全程负责网页、APP等交互产品项目。

Responsibility:
Lead the web/UI design project independently, participate in the concept generation, design strategy and holistic design solution to meet user needs.
Set design processes and deliverable benchmark.
Evaluate usability, provide constructive feedback on the improvement.
Able to present design proposals to client.

职责：
1. 独立负责网站和交互设计项目， 参与概念收集，设计战略制定和整体设计方案制定，以满足客户的全方位需求。
2. 制定设计进程，及可操作的基本标准。
3. 进行实用性评估，提供建设性反馈以供改进。
4. 向其他员工展示设计议案。

Requirement:
1. You have experience in developing web site, or software interface, 2+ years experience in UI design mobile apps, have excellent case study.
2. Fast learner and always seeking for improvements, have solid both theoretical and computer skill in UI/UX, and keen to learn new technology.
3. Be proficient in the process of web/ UI design, including product function analysis, user profile analysis, develop interface, usability evaluation etc.
4. Complete web/UI design project independently (create visual icons and specifications for web pages, mobile apps, deliver final product with high quality)
5. Excellent communication and coordination skills, fluent English - written and spoken.
6. Fast response, ownership, independent, solution driven, honest and authentic.
7. Proficient in Flash, Firework, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, CorelDraw, Illustrator etc software, can build the entire website from wire frame to design, sound knowledge of html and CSS, JavaScript.
8. Bachelor or above degree in visual art.

1.有网页或软件介面建设经验，移动APP交互设计经验，并有较成功的案例。
2. 具有快速学习能力，不断寻求突破，在人机交互、用户体验上具有扎实的理论和电技能，乐于学习新技术。
3. 精通网页和交互设计流程， 包括产品功能分析，用户属性分析，实用性分析等。
4. 具有独立完成网页、交互设计项目的能力，包括生成可视按键，完成网页和移动APP设计，产出高质量的最终产品。
5. 具有娴熟的交流和协调能力，英语口语和写作流利，国际交流或留学经历优先。
6. 反应迅速、具有主人翁意识；独立、以结果为导向、诚信、正直。
7. 精通Flash, Firework, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, CorelDraw, Illustrator 等软件，能从灵感到设计，完成整个网站建设， 具有扎实的html，CSS，JavaScript等知识。
8. 本科以上学历，视觉艺术/视觉传达专业优先。
